General Requirements:
Bachelor degree from reputable university
Age max. 35 years

Specifics Requirements:
Have minimum 4 years experience in Law Firm or Banking Law
Have experience/knowledge about corporate credit and syndication
Willing to be placed all over Corporate Banking business unit

Responsibilities:
Independently gives legal advices to business unit in Corporate Banking regarding Credit and non Credit (including syndication) to support their operational activities

Account Manager

General Requirements:
Bachelor degree from reputable university (in Engineering -incl. Mining-, Economics, Agriculture)
Age max. 35 years
Excellent communication skill (Bahasa Indonesia & English)
Familiar in using Computer (esp. Ms. Office)
Specifics Requirements:
Minimum 5 years working experience in Banking institutions as Account Officer or Relationship Manager
Have experience in handling corporate (or Commercial) and syndication customers with minimum portfolio IDR 300 billion
Experience in structured finance will be an advantage
Have a good product knowledge in trade service, trade finance and treasury transactions
Able to work in team and independent

Responsibilities:
Develop action plan, develop marketing strategy (including selling), analyzing and evaluating the credit proposal to achieve the specific target given within the timeframe. Build a new relationship with prospect customer in corporate segment (private and/or state-own company) as well as maintain business relation with existing customer

Secretary

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial or equivalent.
Minimum GPA 2.75
Max age 24.00 for fresh graduates or 26.00 with minimum 2 years experience as secretary
Required skill(s): familiar with Microsoft Office Program.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent. Job role in Secretary/Personal Assistant or equivalent.
